Cancellation Policy
Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 30 days before arrival (60 days during peak and holiday periods). For cancellations made closer to the arrival date, partial or no refunds may apply as outlined below:
Standard Periods:
29–14 days before arrival
→ 50% of the rental amount refunded
13 days or less before arrival
→ No refund
For July, August, Easter Week, Christmas & New Year:
Free cancellation up to 60 days before arrival
59–30 days before arrival: 50% refund
29 days or less: no refund
For long-term winter rentals, separate conditions apply, including notice periods.
The final cleaning fee (€130) is always refunded if the stay is cancelled.

Direct flights from Belgium are available between April and October.
Alternative airports: Murcia (2–2.5 hrs), Alicante (2.5–3 hrs) and Málaga (3 hrs).
San José is very walkable. A car is recommended for visiting nearby beaches such as Playa de los Genoveses and Playa de Mónsul.
